I just know here is a Buzheng Park, which is around 900m from your hotel. You can walk there.
Which ferry terminal do you mean? If it is Lundu Port, it is 6km away; If it is Tourist Ferry, it is around 6.5km away.1

I recommend Lundu Pier to you. By taking a ferry there, you can go to the local well-known destination, Gulangyu Island.0
