From Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport to FengQi road by DiDi

Hi, arriving at Xiaoshan airport at 11pm, was thinking to haul a cab to go to hotel at FengQi road, but worried about the price. How much would it costs usually? Hotel can book for us but it's for like 320 yuan.
My friend was suggesting using UBER-like apps in China like DiDi, are foreigners able to install and use it?
