i am a chinese citizen ,will like to visit loas after chingmai, thailand crossing the border from (Chiang Khong) Thailand to (Huay Xai) Laos.
can i apply for loas visa on arrival at this border or i have to apply to the loas embassy in china,
and how to apply,
