Business visa: is a colour print-out of the pdf file of the invitation letter sufficient?

When I attend Manchester CVASC with my business F application documents, is it sufficient for my invitation to be a high-quality colour print-out of the pdf file, or do I have to wait until the original arrives (which may take a couple of weeks)? I already have my round-trip air ticket etc etc.
