visa for russian from beijing

Hello there,
Im korean, but i was born in Russia. So i have Russian citizen and i living in Beijing. I need to go to South Korea to visit my aunt. can i apply to visa from Beijing?

It is ok to apply in Beijing if you live there with valid residence permit.
