I heard from one of my friend that the situation is just so-so.
So if you can change a time, it is suggested to change another time, otherwise, it is suggested to take care of yourself during traveling. Washing hands before eating and keep a respirator when you go to the crowded places.
People there live normally, so please do not worry about it.1
