How is the situation of avian flu h7n9 in shanghai ?

I have a plan to that city next weekend. Do I need a special care when travel in and around the city ?

It is one of the most-affected cities in China now. So I suggest you have special care in advance. Upon your arrival, just avoid being close to any poultry and keep clean.
