Is a Visa required for Ugandan nationals to enter HongKong

I got a Single entry visa to China but I would like to enter through Hongkong and later go to mainland, Shenzhen for business meeting, but I would like to know can I arrive straight at Hongkong and be allowed entry with out Visa? I hold a Ugandan passport
