About:China Customs Declaration

I'm going to declare my cell phone and laptop when I go to Hong Kong for personal use.

Do I need to bring with me their official receipt? what if I don't have the receipt anymore? Is it dutiable?

It is not necessary to bring the receipt and the it is not dutiable if the cell phone and the laptop are for your personal use.
