What is the best way to Guilin from Guangzhou?

Hello, my family and I are planing a trip to China, and we are going to Canton areas, and like to visits Guilin. So what is the best way to get to Guilin? By plane or train/bus?

The best way is the plane, which will take you about an hour.
If you take the buses, it will takes you about 8 hours and the only two trains take around 12 to 13 hours.
