can i finishhave my work visa for hong kong from the chinese embassy in riyadhi

I am an Egyptian civil engineer working in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), I had an an offer to work in Hong Kong at a consulting office. and How long will it take? and what are the required documents I will be asked to prepare?

If you have valid resident permit in Saudi Arabia, you can apply it in Riyadh. As far as I know, such application is processed by the HK Immigration Department.
