1. Six trains run from KM to Dali, but there are normal K-trains. It costs CNY49-64 for a hard seat and CNY97 for a soft seat and CNY102.5-105.5 for a hard sleeper.
To Lijiang, five K-trains are available. The train fare is CNY89 for a hard seat, CNY141.5-152 for a hard sleeper and CNY218-227 for a soft sleeper.
To Shangri-la, there is no direct train running between. So you can take a long-distance bus to reach or take a direct plane to get there.
2. I'm afraid it is impossible to visit the three destinations in one day. They are a little far apart from one to another.
