About:Kunming Travel

Im travelling to Kunming. Planning to go to Dali, Lijiang & Shangrila too.

1. Are there any fast-trains available from KM to Dali, Lijiang & Shangrila ? If yes, what are the rates ?

2.Is it possible to visit those 3 places (Dali, Lijiang & Shangrila) in 1 day ?

3. Appreciate if you could provide some reliable local tour operators who provide tours to these 3 places.

1. Six trains run from KM to Dali, but there are normal K-trains. It costs CNY49-64 for a hard seat and CNY97 for a soft seat and CNY102.5-105.5 for a hard sleeper.

To Lijiang, five K-trains are available. The train fare is CNY89 for a hard seat, CNY141.5-152 for a hard sleeper and CNY218-227 for a soft sleeper.

To Shangri-la, there is no direct train running between. So you can take a long-distance bus to reach or take a direct plane to get there.

2. I'm afraid it is impossible to visit the three destinations in one day. They are a little far apart from one to another.
