How much is the rate for Hostels in HK? Can we book upon arrival? Thanks

It is a little hard to tell you the exact rate, but I know that the rate in HK, even hostels is not that cheap. Anyway, I know a Dragon Hostel at Tsim Sha Tsui area, which costs 320-460HKD for a standard room. Just for reference~
You can find a hostel to check in upon your arrival or book one in advance.0
