About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

With Business F I have met chinese lady, we want to marry, what are limitations

Initially arrived on tourist L and get to know lie of the land and now have 6 months business F. Understand need for various documents but need to produce residence permit but with my business F not sure have this. I live in an apartment conduct what I need to do. Advice most appreciated
