About:Changchun Travel

I will come with the train from Harbin travelling to Shenyang, I would like to make a short stop just to visit the Puppet Manchurian Palace.

how to get there with public transport? How come back? How many hours should I spend for the stop inclusive transport and visit? Thanks, bye.

As I know, the palace is at Changchun city. Why not take a train from Harbin to the city directly for a visit? Anyway, either at Shenyang Railway Station or North Station, you can easily take a train to CC city.

If you are arriving at the local main Train Station, walk to the North Square of the Train Station MTR Station to take light rail line 4 to the palace directly.
If you are arriving at the West train station, walk to the nearby West Train Station bus stop to take bus no. 159 to Changying Station, where transfer to bus no, 264 to the palace directly. It is around 15km for the whole journey, so you can also take a taxi to reach exactly.

It is suggested to spend around 3h on visiting. Together with the transport duration, it may take around 5.5-6h.

For the back journey to Harbin, you can take the light rail to the local Railway Station to take a direct train to reach.
