voa in shenzhen with Philippine passport

just would like to ask if we (2 people) will be granted voa in shenzhen if we would like to visit after our tour in macau? we have philippine passports.

No, you need to get Chinese visa in advance in Philippinns if you plan to visit Shenzhen.
