About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

can I take a wheelchair as checked baggage and will I be charged excess baggage charges on it?

Generally speaking, the wheelchair is not charge as the excess baggage, but different airlines have different rules. It is suggested to ask the airlines to confirm it.
