what is required for an us passport holder to achieve a work visa?

How does one get the Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation? And also it says you have to be a foreign expert, what documentation is required as proof?A health exam will have to be done upon arrival? Is this mandatory for all people who acquire Z?Thank you!!

Medical check is required for application, so you have to get it done before submit your application for Z. For the requirements, an invitation letter from a company and work permit issued by Ministry of Human Resources & Social Security are mandatory.
