F application to attend conf in shanghai

hi i dr shankar student have to apply for F, what r the requirements , in our enquiry we found that we need bank balance of 2 lakh rupees for past 6 months , is that required for f with sponsored letter

It is not required for F application. You can also confirm this with the CVASC in your area.
