About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I get into hongkong by visa on arrival through Shenzhen ??

I'm having Pakistani passport but I've residence permit of china it's the X type...

No, you must apply for a visa in advance, it can not be done upon arrival. You can mail your application to Immigration Division of the Beijing Office of the Government of the HKSAR, or the HK Immigration department directly.
