Epiphany Chapel is one.
From your hotel, you can first take the Disneyland Resort Line to reach Sunny Bay where you can change to Tung Chung Line to reach Tung Chung and then take a taxi to reach there.
Or you can go to St. Thomas The Apostle Church. From your hotel, you still need to change to Tung Chung Line at Sunny Bay to reach Tsing Yi and then walk to reach that church.0
