how will the tempeture and rain fall for this 3 places?any suggestion on the clothes that i should bring along?

Taichung and Cingjing will be cloudy in most cases then. They will have the average temp of 24C or around. You can take along long-sleeved shirt, a light jacket and a pair of light jeans. As for Sun Moon Lake, the temp may range from 22C to 30C. Besides the clothes I mentioned, you can take a short-sleeved shirt as well. According to the past weather records, it may rain a lot then. Therefore, the raincoat can be needed, too.
