Career & Property investment Born on 27/11/1973

asked for a job changed and intending to invest in real estate property. Is that a good year with luck?

It is a good year to do investment, but you need to be careful when making decisions.
If you want to change a job, go to do it. No matter what kind of you do, your career will develop well, although you may work hard and face many problems.

Can you please help me in providing tips on how to be care (in which type/kind - Do you mean not being cheated in the deal or techinical issue of house?) for investment.

For job change, what do you mean that face many problems, do you mean in the new job as challenge or do you mean when finding the job. I am a very hard worker and hence am very demotivated with the current opportunity provided due to a change of boss.

Would be great if you can share how you come about on the answer.

About the investment, I mean that you should think twice to make investment to a certain field. Once you have made decision, when singing an agreement, you'd better read each entry carefully.

And about the problems, you may need to spend a little bit long time in finding another job.
