Dutch passport in USA

I am the holder of a Dutch passport and I live in the USA. I need a visa to travel for business. Can I apply at any Ambassy/ Consulate in the USA or do I need to apply in The Hague?

Hi, you can apply in US if you live there now. Valid US visa, or the proof of residency in US (e.g. ID, tenancy agreement, electricity or water bills etc. ) are required for application.
