Shanghai Pearl TV Tower

are all the floors currently open, or are some still under renovation?
I am bringing my class of 19 students. Are the indoor rollercoaster/ arcade games on the "game city" included in the ticket or are they extra cost?
many websites state different prices. how much for all three spheres?
