Travelling on my own from HK int airport to Regal oriental hotel

What is the cheapest and best method of travel

The cheapest way should be to take shuttle bus no. E23. You can get off at Regal Oriental Hotel, Prince Edward Road East and easily walk to your hotel. The bus fare is 18HKD/person. But the whole journey takes around 85min.
