been waiting on a package for almost a month now tracking #RB407971045CN could you help locate

also i have an open claim with paypal against the seller he has given me 2 tracking numbers and now one says NULL and the other has not been updated since he asked me to cancel the order. can you help me track this and another tracking number RB292548105CN. I have been purchasing all over theowrld and have never ran into a situation like this, it makes me not want to shop online at all when someone takes my money like this. any help would be greatly appreciated!

The first parcel is in US and the information online was update on April 15.
The second one had its information updated on April 4, and it was in Beijing.
