You may take bus at north square of Shanghai railway station to Dongyang, which is a place not far away from Hengdian, then you can transfer a bus or take taxi to Hengdian. By the way, the bus from Shanghai will depart at 7:10 a.m. and the buses at Dongyang leave at any time.
