For children frocks and dresses, you can go to Bairong World Trade Center to have a try. Another choice is Baixiyuan Clothing Wholesale Market, where you will have more choices and buy that in a relatively low price.

For soft toy panda, I suggest you go and try at BJ International Toy City at Nansanhuan Middle Road, Fengtai District. Or the local General Toys Wholesale Market can be a good choice as well.
