I think you can go Ocean Park, the Peak and then go Lan Kwai Fong at night to enjoy the local pub culture.
Ngong Ping 360, the Big Buddha, the Victora Bay and shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui may need one day. At night, you can go to the Star of Avenue have a visit and see the A Symphony of Lights. Then Temple Street is highly recommended at night.
On the third day, you can go to Wong Tai Sin Temple in the morning and Causeway Bay and enjoy the local snacks there.

Thx mr kingsley.. I wanna ask you from ocean park, that we still have time to go to the peak? Then how can we go to there? We stay at jordan.. Ca you recommended which the best club with the best attraction and fair price at lan kwai fong and wanchai?

Ocean Park deserve a whole day trip indeed. But if you wanna go more attractions, you can spend there for half a day and in the afternoon, go to the peak for travel.

After visiting the park, you can take bus no. 629 to Central and then walk to Garden Road, Central to take peak tram to Victoria Peak quickly.

If you wanna go there from Jordan. Take Tsuen Wan Line at Jordan MTR Station to Central and then transfer to tram to reach.

Club 97 and Backstage Live at Lan Kwai Fong may be good choices. As for pubs in Wan Chai, I recommend Deleney's WanChai to you.
