Travel from Hong Kong to Crowne Plaza Shenzhen

I would like to travel from Hong Kong Airport to the Crowne Plaza hotel, which trains / buses do i need to catch?

You can take the cross-border coach directly from HK airport to Longgang District. The coach has a stop at the hotel.
