China Long-term Visa

I am a S'pore passport holder. If I want to retire and live in China (as the cost is lower), is there any way for me to obtain a long-term Visa?

Do you have family in China? if not, you can only able to apply for a tourist L visa. To simpley retire here is not possible. If you want a longer one, maybe follwing article is helpful: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/permanent-residence-permit.htm
