beijing visit in october

National Holiday October 1 - 7 - Are Great Wall, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, etc. available for touring during this holiday?  Are businesses (restaurants, shopping, etc.) open during this time?  I am planning to visit Beijing October 5 - 8.Thanks

All of these places are available during that time and all the businesses are open then, but it is not suggested to travel to Beijing at that time. It will be crowded at that time. It is suggested to change a period if you can.
