Question

1. I am going to be teaching in Hangzhou china in July of this year and would like to know all the documents needed to process my F when I come to Chicago?2. Would I need my x-rays, physical and shots done prior to coming to the consulate?3. I am currently on a teaching contract and living in Monterrey, Mexico so would my x-rays, physical and shots need to be performed in the USA or would they be able to be done in Mexico?

Hi, have you got the Work permit and invitation letter? if you will work there, you need to apply for a Z, not F for business. For work Z application, physical examination is required. These documents should better be done in US.
