Prior items before getting Visa.

1. I am going to be teaching in Hangzhou china in July of this year and would like to know all the documents needed to process my F when I come to Chicago?

2. Would I need my x-rays, physical and shots done prior to coming to the consulate?

3. I am currently on a teaching contract and living in Monterrey, Mexico so would my x-rays, physical and shots need to be performed in the USA or would they be able to be done in Mexico?
