i would like to know if i am eligible to apply for a family L/residence permit or not.
Please give me an advice, i would like to know if i am eligible to apply for a family L/residence permit or not. My father was born and and raised in China at a certain age, probably younger than 18. During the 2nd world war, he escaped an migrated to Thailand. and about 40 years after migrated, he applied for a Thai citizenship. I do know if whether he had a Chinese passport of not. Now he already passed away. However, my aunt and her family are still living in China. Am I eligible to apply for a family L/residence permit?
