About:Chinese Embassy in Sweden

invitation letter requirement

In the Chinese embassy web site, it is said that ".Please note that the invitation letter form with fixed template will not be accepted." that mans that all the invitation lleter must be handwrote or is just the signature?

Hi, there is a new requirement for invitation letter for L/F application. You can refer to info here for details: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/thailand/#invitation Generally, It can not be emial. A fax, copy or printout of invitation letter is acceptable.

No, it should be typed to the company letterhead paper with handwrote signature company seal.

If you are invited by an individual, you can provide an handwrote invitation letter and provide copies of inviter's ID Card.
