About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Do i require a medical exam before i apply for a Z visa?

If so, where can i acquire the relevant forms?

Generally, medical examination is required. But I found out that it seems not required for Z application in Australia, either from CVASC or embassy's website. So, you may try to confirm this with the CVASC directly via +61-2-94758800(Sydney Office), or +61-03-9937-2308 (Melbourne Offiec) or +61-7-3031-6300(Brisbane Office). Anyway, the Physical examination form can be downloaded here: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/physical.pdf
