About:Chinese Embassies in Asia

visa for foriegn spouse

Hi ,can i know what type i will be entitle for..i m married to a.chinese national ,she resides in zhuhai whereas,i still lives in malaysia. I would see her every two to three months. Appreciates your kind assistance.

You can apply for a family visit L visa. Invitation letter and copies of her ID are required. Besides, you need to provide your marriage certificate for application.
