Hi, you can travel there directly from the square. The whole journey to the Ngong Ping Cable Car Station takes around 70min. Including the time taking cable car to the Giant Buddha, you may reach there around 10:00am.

How long will you spend at Nong Ping 360 and Giant Buddha? Anyway, if you just have a brief visit, you may reach Disney around 12:30. But it is reaslly a "General" trip to Ngong Ping. If so, you may leave it and go straight to Disney.

It is possibe.
From the square, you can easily walk to reach Wan Chai Station where you can take the Island Line to reach Central and then you can walk to reach HK Station. Then you can take the Tung Chung Line to reach the island in about 40 to 50 mintues. So I think you can reach the island at around 09:00.
Then you need to wait to take the Ngong Ping 306 to reach Ngong Ping Town to visit the Buddha. The time depends on the how many people waiting there, so it is hard to say whether you can reach the Buddha at 10:00. The Buddha usually takes around 2 to 3 hours for visiting and after that you can go back to the Disneyland.
In general, I think you can finish your trip in one day.

I read the latest weather forecast there, which shows that it will be warm and wet. The temperature range can be around 21C to 29C. While frequent rainfall will happen during those days. On April 24, you may meet thunderstorm. Therefore, raincoat is most needed to travel HK this time.
Good luck!
