Take the Peak Tram down to Garden Road Peak Tram Terminus. Then, take bus line 40 from St. John's Cathedral, Garden Road Station to HK Convention & Exhibition Centre, Fleming Road Station. The bus ride takes 15 minutes, and costs HKD 4.8. Upon arrival, walk north to the square.

By the way, the Victoria Peak is also an ideal spot to view the fabulous light show.
