Is May or Sept month a good month to visit taipei, any great sales for this 2 month?

Comparatively, I recommend Sep. to you more. It would be more comfortable than May, when it is the plum rainy season of Taipei. Besides, the clothes sales are very common in Sep. and you can get great discount.0

Yeah, the only problem is that Sep. will be during the typhoon season. It may happen from time to time. You'd better pay attention to the weather forecast before outing.0
