I understand that to get into Tibet requires a minimum group of 5 people. Does the same rule applies to going out of Tibet - or can the group be split up and depart at different times out of Tibet? There are 3 airports in Tibet - which airport to use for departing to China? Are the palaces and lakes within easy access from the CBD?
