Temporary licence to travel to china while waiting for maple card

Is there a temporary travel licence to travel while waiting for my maple card to arrive at my home in Vancouver. Would like to go to wedding in china but no maple card?

So, you have Chinese passpport, right? then it is ok for you to China. But I think it will be a problem for you to go back to Canada if the maple card is under processing. You'd better contact the consulate or CVASC in Vancouver directly for this.
