What is the best way to reach Chuan Gang International Hotel, Shuangliu, from Chengdu North Rail stn

Is there any prepaid cabs available from CD North Railway Station to reach the Chuan Gang International Hotel, Shuangliu? How much is expected cost at day time around 8.30am. As I don't know chinese, what's the most convenient way to reach hotel from the local North Railway Station?
