About:Shanghai Maglev Train

can you take subway line 2 all the way from shanghai pudong airport to people's square?

how long does it take. what does it cost? can you pay by credit card (i don't have any yuan right now). and where do you go in the airport--is it as easy to get to as the maglev? and do you have to change trains? thanks a lot

Actually, you have to transfer at Guanglan Road along subway line 2. Don't worry! It is very easy. It takes about an hour and ten minutes from the airport to People's Square by MTR. The MTR fare is CNY8 per person.

As I know, the MTR fare cannot be paid by credit card. You have to exchange RMB in advance. Following the guding signs, it is easy to find the MTR station in the airport. Don't worry!

how do i get to the subway line station from terminal 2?
do you know? is it in the same place as the maglev or somewhere else?

Hi, just follow the guding signs from T2 to find the MTR station. But I am not clear whether the stations are in the same places.

I am sorry, nc. Actually, you can buy the Maglev ticket at the airport using the credit card.

i did know i could use a credit card with the maglev, cuz i've taken it before ;-)
am going to try & take the subway line 2 this time for a change.
so want to find out if i need to get cash for the subway ticket.
