lost my old chinese passport!

what do i need to do if i lost my old chinese passport, and applying visa for the first time, now that i am a us citizen.

Hi, you'd better contact the consulate directly for this because they have final say to your application. Answers here may not be accurate. As I know, your Chinese passport should be provided if you apply for the first time.
