Looking for suggestions on where to visit between the dates of 23 June - 05July 2013

Hi,
I am planning a trip to China later this year. I have a few things organised, but have about 12days between 23 June - 05 July to myself and not sure what I should do. Current thoughts are: Yangshuo - Hainan (Sanya) - Leshan - Jiuzhaigou - Chengdu - Beijing. I will be visiting Shanghai, and a week cooking school in Yangshuo before the 23rd June, and from 5th July, will be joining a tour group and will visit Xi'an and Kashgar. Is there anywhere else you would recommend I visit? Would Kunming be a better option then Leshan? Or is my current itinerary ok?

Hi, generally, your plan can be ok.
Actually, Yangshuo and Guilin can be visited together. Then I suggest you have a short trip at Nanning and then fly to Sanya.

You can surely add Kunming before going to Leshan and the local Stone Forest cannot be missed. For other arrangement, it is fine and doable.

Wish you a good trip!
