Hi , we leave chengdu with morning(10:00 o'clock) flight to jiuzhaigou, can i visit to huanglong place ?

As I know, the pubic buses between Jiuzhaigou and HL Scenic Area depart in the early morning. But upon your arrival, the buses would have left. To visit the attraction, the best way is to have a chartered car or rent a taxi from JZG. You can reach there in around 3h.
