About:Xi'an Transportation

How can I get from xian airport to Lemon Hotel? My flight will arrive at 10.30pm. Thank you.

It has at least two branches: Zhuque branch and Nanmen branch. Do you refer to the Zhuque Branch at Guangji Street? Well, if so, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to Bell Tower. Then you can take a taxi to reach your hotel within several minutes.

Thanks for your reply Peter. I am refering to the Lemon Hotel Nanmen branch. Is this far from the Bell Tower?

Hi, again. The Nanmen branch is only around 1.8km from the Bell Tower. A taxi will take you there in several minutes and the taxi fare is only about CNY7.

Right, have you arrived at your hotel? Anyway, from the airport, I suggest you take the shuttle bus line 1 to the Bell Tower and then take a taxi to reach your hotel.

I will only be there in early May. How safe is XA city past midnight if you are to walk from Bell Tower to Lemon Hotel Nanmen br? Guess 1.8km will only take us no more than 30min as we don't have much luggages. I want to avoid taxis after reading bad reviews on the local taxis.

It is very safe in the the city at that time.
If you are very familar about the city, you can walk to reach there easily. Otherwise, it is still not suggested, because it may be hard for you to find the hotel.
Not all the taxis are bad. If you plan to take a taxi, you need to ask them to charge by meter.
