About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Can the travel card be used for the Beijing Airport Shuttle buses?

Is it OK to buy a travel card at the airport (T3) and use it for the Shuttles? Also, where is the office for returning cards for refund at the airport, and when is it open?

It cannot be bought in T3. I heard in the branch of Agriculture Bank of China in T2, you can buy a smart card, but it cannot be used on the airport shuttle bus.
I bought that card in the city downtown. In Xidan subway station, I got a card.
You can return the card in T3 in the airport.
